Job Purpose

As a “Recruitment & Business Development Consultant”, you will undertake a multifaceted role ranging from acquiring new clients on the one side of business development to the other side of the wide spectrum screening candidates, scheduling interviews, closing mandates (roles), ensuring the candidates are onboarded, billing is paid-out and keeping the candidates warm beyond the replacement clause period as per the signed contract with the client.

Main Responsibilities

New Business Development (70% of the job)

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing contacts, pitch the company’s recruitment services to prospective clients.

Recruitment Function (30% of the job)

Engage in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into suitable roles.

Foster strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive experience.

Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their staffing needs and provide unmatched recruitment solutions.

Actively maintain candidate and client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Not more than 3 – 4 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes coupled with a demonstrable track record in business development within the recruitment industry across the GCC countries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and candidates.

Self-starter with the grit and grind to thrive in a start-up and results-oriented environment.

Compensation and Work Schedule

While the role offers a low based pay or fixed gross monthly salary of AED 3000 per month, we are seeking individuals who are drawn towards and driven by attractive and lucrative incentive structures. The incentive structure is such that the incumbent can earn as much as 6 – 7 times the fixed monthly salary.

Ours is a 6 day work-week from Monday to Saturday. Although this role is far from a 9 to 5 job, it offers flexibility (work from anywhere in the UAE). We usually work 3 – 4 days a week remotely, and 1 – 2 days a week in a co-working space.

Only candidates based in Dubai will be short-listed.

Almost all of our clients happen to be from the non-IT sector. Hence, we are seeking experienced recruiters who excel in the non-IT recruitment domain.

Only candidates on sponsored UAE resident visas (spouse/ parent/ Golden) will be short-listed. A non-sponsored work permit from the company’s Freezone Authority will be provided.
