Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Conduct deep market research to uncover high-potential partners and geographies for franchise expansion
Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with prospective franchisees.
Lead negotiations and facilitate the signing of franchise agreements, aligning with brand and commercial guidelines.
Contribute to a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement in the team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, engineering, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in business development, franchise growth, partnerships, or a similar field.
Strong English skills required.
