As we expand across the GCC, we are looking for experienced Business Development Partners to promote and sell our AI-powered Real Estate ERP solutions in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
Role Overview
We are seeking highly motivated and well-connected Business Development Partners who have experience selling enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, PropTech, or technology solutions to the real estate industry.
This is a performance-based opportunity designed for professionals who are confident in generating business and closing high-value software sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients within the real estate sector.
- Develop relationships with developers, property management companies, facility management companies, real estate investors, and corporate clients.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and arrange product demonstrations.
- Present the value of Evoltec’s AI-powered Real Estate ERP solutions.
- Negotiate commercial proposals and support contract closures.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve agreed sales targets.
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary.
Successful partners will receive attractive commissions for every successful sale, with unlimited earning potential based on performance. Product training, sales support, demonstrations, and marketing materials will be provided by Evoltec Solutions.
