OBH Lawyers is looking to expand its team with a dynamic and driven Business Development Officer.
We are seeking a mid-level professional with prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment, who can support our growth strategy and strengthen client relationships.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Support proposal preparation and pitch presentations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing platforms and channels.
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, website etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
• Collaborate closely with legal teams to align business goals
🔹 Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in business development (preferably within a law firm)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual proficiency (English & Arabic)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Knowledgeable in handling social media platforms and design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva etc.)
• Excellent in market research and analysis
