Role Overview
As a Business Development Officer, your primary responsibility is to identify potential business clients, generate leads, and convert them into digital marketing service customers.
You will be the first point of contact between our company and business owners who need digital growth solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business clients (B2B)
- Promote digital marketing services such as:
- Social Media Marketing
- Lead Generation Campaigns
- Branding & Design Services
- Website Development
- Media Production Services
- Generate leads through calls, messages, email, and networking
- Explain service benefits in a simple and business-focused manner
- Schedule meetings between prospects and internal team
- Follow up with leads consistently until closure
- Maintain a basic sales pipeline/report of activities
- Achieve monthly lead and conversion targets
Required Skills & Qualities
- Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic/Malayalam/Hindi is a plus)
- Confidence in talking to business owners and decision makers
- Basic understanding of business or marketing (training will be provided)
- Good persuasion and negotiation ability
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
