Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the events, hospitality, and staffing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Riyadh and across KSA
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (hotels, event organizers, corporate clients)
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, HR, accounts) for smooth service delivery
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to expand business network
- Maintain CRM records and track sales performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in events, hospitality, or staffing industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of the Saudi market is highly preferred
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
