Business Development Manager (UAE National)
Madison Pearl is partnering with a top tier international insurance broker firm for an opportunity to expand their Corporate Development division. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals with regular updates to Head of distribution.
- Support with renewal of existing business.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline that identifies target clients and opportunities and is adequate in relation to hit ratio to achieve annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Collaboratively work with back office teams to deliver promised solutions to prospects and clients
