Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective business development strategies tailored to the UAE market. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions for clients. Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to clients.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual
sales targets
. Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry exhibitions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development within the UAE. Strong understanding of the UAE market and business environment.
Proven track record
of achieving and exceeding
sales targets
. Excellent
communication
, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Self-driven,
results-oriented
, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in management consulting or related services. Established network of contacts in key industries within the UAE. Strong
