Job Description
Creating new draft contracts and revising existing ones
Keeping records of all contracts
Cooperation with insurance companies and obtaining insurance policies
Preparation of decisions, authorizations, agreements and other documentation related to the employer’s activities
Monitoring legal and bylaws and ensuring their implementation
Cooperation with partners at home and abroad
Other supporting tasks (analyses, reports)
Job Experience
Minimum in legal, clerical or economic profession
Good knowledge of English, written and spoken
Excellent use of MS Office packages
Ability to think quickly and express oneself in writing
Good organizational skills, communication skills, teamwork
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
