Position Overview
LPS (www.lps-me.com) is looking for an results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the UAE and KSA. The ideal candidate will have strong agency sales experience, an established professional network, and a proven ability to win and grow client accounts for creative, digital, and integrated marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking, client meetings, and industry events across UAE and KSA.
- Promote and sell the agency’s services including Social Media, Events, Production, SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Content Marketing, and Web Design & Development.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Develop customized proposals and pitches in collaboration with internal teams.
- Build strong client relationships from lead generation through onboarding.
- Represent the agency at relevant industry events and networking opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and AI-powered business development tools.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Comfortable to travel frequently to KSA.
- 5+ years of proven sales or business development experience in marketing, advertising, or digital services.
- Strong knowledge of creative agency workflows, social media and digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Content, Web Development) and integrated marketing solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in competitive markets.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Strong network and understanding of the business landscape in UAE & KSA.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Pay: From AED11,000.00 per month
