Business Development Manager – IT Staffing Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Vistas Global
Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT staffing technology recruitment resource augmentation and workforce solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing corporate clients Conduct market research to identify industry trends target accounts and new revenue opportunities Lead client meetings to understand technology workforce requirements and recommend appropriate staffing solutions Develop proposals presentations commercial solutions and client-specific staffing strategies Negotiate commercial terms and support the successful closure of new business opportunities Drive revenue growth and monitor sales performance against business targets Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and business development reports Collaborate with Recruitment Operations Finance and other internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery Results-Oriented Approach

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably within IT Staffing, Technology Recruitment, Outsourcing, Managed Services, or Workforce Solutions.
- Proven ability to acquire new clients and develop long-term business relationships.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools.
- Qatar/GCC market experience is highly preferred.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is required.
