The Sales & Admin Support role is responsible for assisting the organization with customer inquiries, order processing, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. This position plays a crucial role in supporting client relationships, coordinating projects, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and sales orders and their follow-up
Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and order confirmations.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product availability and pricing.
Maintain an up-to-date database of customers, vendors, sales transactions, and product catalogues.

Administrative Support:

Manage and organize sales-related documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the team.
Handle office admin tasks such as Accounts, Invoices, Delivery notes, Keeping docs ready for VAT submission / Corporate tax, coordination of salaries and payment follow-up, order tracking, etc.
Assist in marketing activities, including updating social media, website, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

fluent in MS Office
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable
experience in the furniture or interior design industry desirable
