Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications/ ACII
- Minimum 10 year UAE experience in Insurance/ Insurance brokerage activities
- Proven leadership experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a managerial role within an insurance brokerage.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.
- In-depth knowledge of risk management and compliance.
- Proficient in using relevant software and technology for insurance operations.
