● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

● Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.

● Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

● Evaluate market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

● Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

● Manage and report on sales budgets and forecasts.

● Lead by example, foster a positive and collaborative team environment, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills.

● Manage collection with clients.

● Monitor market trends and competitor’s activity.

● Prepare and analyze sales reports.

● Identify areas of opportunity and adjust sales strategies if needed.

● Provide customer service to clients by answering enquiries and offering the business packages and portfolio.

● Liaise with the members of the team and other departments for new business plans and strategies.

● Developing long-term relationship with clients by communicating with them regularly.

● Conducts research to identify potential clients.

● Helps in building the trust of the customers to the product or brand, and resolve issues on his level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month

Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

HORECA: 4 years (Required)
Coffee: 2 years (Required)
Food and Beverage: 6 years (Required)
