The Role
We are a high-performance team using extensive data analysis and market research to ensure robust results. Our expansion team aims to drive demand for NFC Tap/QR code payment solutions and increase adoption within restaurants.
As a Business Development Manager focused on Abu Dhabi, your key responsibilities will include:
Leveraging your existing network of table-service restaurants and strong sales skills to generate and close new leads
Onboarding new restaurant partners to the platform
Sourcing leads, identifying decision-makers, scheduling meetings, and managing the full sales cycle
Building and nurturing relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and staff
Analyzing sales data to refine processes and improve metrics
Collaborating with the onboarding team for a smooth partner experience
Managing accounts post-sale to drive platform adoption and identify growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Relevant business degree
Fluency in English;
Arabic is a plus
Understanding of payment terminals; sales experience in this area is a plus
Strong network within the F&B and hospitality sectors
Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnerships
Sales and/or account management experience
Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build something impactful
Self-motivated, result-oriented, proactive in reaching targets
Ability to use data and analytics to drive sales results
