Job Overview:
We are looking for a versatile and skilled Videographer & Photographer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video and photo content for our brand across various platforms. You will work with the marketing team to create compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity, engages our audience, and supports our marketing and communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:Video Production:
· Shooting & Editing: Capture high-quality video footage for a variety of purposes, including social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and brand storytelling.
· Post-Production: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos, adding graphics, music, voiceovers, and special effects where necessary.
Photography:
· Shooting & Editing: Take high-quality photographs for a variety of uses, such as product shots, lifestyle imagery, social media, and website content.
· Creative Direction: Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute photoshoots that align with brand vision and goals.
· Post-Processing: Edit and enhance photos using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to ensure they are visually appealing and fit brand standards.
Content Strategy & Planning:
· Visual Storytelling: Develop creative concepts for photo and video content that resonates with our target audience and enhances brand engagement.
· Content Planning: Work with the team to plan, schedule, and execute a consistent flow of visual content for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Website, etc.).
· Adaptability: Tailor photos and videos for different platforms and formats, including short-form videos, product photography, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage.
Social Media & Distribution:
· Platform Optimization: Optimize video and photo content for various social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
· Content Calendar: Assist in the creation of a content calendar to ensure timely release of photo and video content.
Qualifications:
· Experience:
· Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in both photography and video formats.
· Proficiency in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production, as well as advanced photography skills (portrait, product, and event photography).
· Experience with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
· Ability to create content for various platforms including social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
· Skills & Competencies:
· Strong creative vision and an eye for detail, aesthetics, and composition.
· Proficiency in camera equipment, lighting setups, and video editing tools.
· Solid understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to adapt content for different audiences and platforms.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
