Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive enterprise ICT solution sales in the UAE market. This is a pure hunting role, ideal for professionals with a strong track record of acquiring new business and closing large, complex deals.

The role offers full ownership of AED 15M–20M annual revenue targets and is best suited for individuals who thrive in a startup environment with high accountability, agility, and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive enterprise ICT sales to achieve AED 15M–20M annual revenue targets
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle:
  • Lead generation → Qualification → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across UAE markets
  • Position and sell end-to-end ICT solutions, including:
  • Networking & Infrastructure
  • Data Centers
  • Network & Information Security
  • Cloud & Connectivity Solutions
  • Enterprise Systems
  • Engage with key stakeholders such as:
  • Enterprise clients
  • Government entities
  • Real estate developers
  • Consultants
  • System integrators
  • Facility management companies
  • Lead pre-sales activities in collaboration with technical teams:
  • Solution presentations
  • Proposals
  • Demonstrations (Demos)
  • Proof of Concepts (POCs)
  • Build, manage, and expand strategic accounts and partner relationships
  • Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and networking platformsKey Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise ICT / Technology Sales / System Integration
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding AED 10M+ annual revenue targets
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Solution selling
  • Consultative sales
  • Complex deal management
  • Experience selling:
  • ICT infrastructure
  • Networking solutions
  • Cybersecurity solutions
  • Data center services
  • Cloud solutions
  • Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Mandatory experience in the UAE market
  • Ability to work in a startup environment with high ownership and performance expectations
