About the Role Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve
sales targets
and expand our client base.
Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Identify and pursue up- and
cross-selling
opportunities within existing clients.
Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share.
Support with the creation of sales and revenue reports, as well as forecasts as required by the
senior management
team.
Build a healthy pipeline of clients for Zand’s existing and future products.
Maintain strong relationships with our partners and clients, ensuring
client satisfaction
and loyalty to pave way for recurring business.
Build an understanding of cultural nuances and differences to build deep connections with a wide range of stakeholders.
Qualifications At least 6 years’ experience in a sales or business development role Proven sales or business development success in the blockchain or fintech industry
Demonstrable understanding of blockchain systems and solutions is highly desirable
Digitally savvy with excellent strategic thinking and
problem-solving skills
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills including ability to handle objections and provide win-win solutions
Strong verbal and written
communication skills
Self-starter, proactive and highly motivated individual in working towards company’s targets
Continuous improvement
