Key Responsibilities
- Market Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and secure opportunities with:
- Ministries of Defense and Interior
- Armed Forces and government entities
- Defense contractors (OEMs)
- System integrators and Tier 1 suppliers
- Focus on establishing long-term logistics flows, framework agreements, and program based engagements
- Strategic Positioning
- Position as a specialized logistics partner in:
- Controlled and defense-related cargo
- Mission-critical and time-sensitive shipments
- Differentiate from traditional freight forwarders through:
- Compliance-driven logistics
- Operational control and execution capability
- Defense sector expertise
- Tender & Proposal Management
- Lead RFIs, RFQs, and tenders for defense logistics opportunities.
- Technical and Operational Proposals
- Commercial Strategies
- Compliant Logistics Solutions
- Ensure alignment with:
- Defense Procurement Requirements
- Regulatory Frameworks
- Operational Feasibility
- Compliance & Regulatory Alignment
- Ensure all business development activities align with:
- ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)
- EAR (Export Administration Regulations)
- EU Dual-Use regulations
- Local and International Export Control Laws
- Work closely with compliance teams to:
- Assess shipment classification
- Manage regulatory risk
- Ensure documentation accuracy
- Operational Integration
- Collaborate with air freight, sea freight, and project logistics teams to:
- Validate logistics solutions
- Ensure execution readiness
- Align pricing with operational realities
- Act as the interface between commercial and operational teams
- Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor:

Qualifications
- Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in:
- Military and Defense Logistics
- Aerospace / Aviation logistics
- Government contracting
