Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions

We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a growing cybersecurity practice focused on enterprise security transformation across Cloud Security & Security Operations, Infrastructure & Network Security, and Data Security & Governance domains.

The Business Development Manager for driving new business growth, expanding strategic enterprise accounts, and positioning advanced cybersecurity solutions across large-scale enterprise and government environments. The ideal candidates will bring strong consultative sales experience, the ability to engage senior stakeholders, and a successful track record of delivering revenue growth within cybersecurity-focused portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, strategic partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities across cybersecurity and enterprise security portfolios.
  • Position and sell solution-based cybersecurity offerings aligned to customer business and operational challenges.
  • Conduct customer presentations, workshops, solution demonstrations, and executive engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, presales, technical, and vendor teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Manage full sales cycles including pipeline development, forecasting, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by translating customer requirements into tailored security solutions and long-term transformation strategies.
  • Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, emerging technologies, compliance requirements, and competitive market developments.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives, strategic account planning, and business unit growth objectives.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners including VARs, MSSPs, system integrators, and resellers.
  • Drive partner enablement initiatives through training, co-selling, and joint go-to-market activities.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4–6 years of cybersecurity sales or account management experience
  • Strong understanding of cloud security and SOC environments
  • Experience selling complex enterprise security solutions
  • Ability to engage C-level and security leadership stakeholders
  • Cloud and cybersecurity certifications are advantageous
  • Arabic speaking
