We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the strategic expansion of our products and services in Turkey. This role focuses on market entry, building partnership, and driving sustainable revenue growth across key sectors.

The ideal candidate has a solid track record in B2B sales, a deep understanding of the Turkishbusinessmarket, and the ability to lead market development initiatives with confidence and impact.

Responsibilities:

Research Turkey’s B2B market to identify trends, opportunities, and high-potential clients in Outstaffing and Manufacturing sectors

Drive lead generation via cold outreach, LinkedIn, and industry events to attract B2B customers and arrange meetings with C-level executives

Establish and maintain connections with government ministries, trade associations and chambers of commerce to ensure efficient market operations

Monitor changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and industry-specific rules that impact the outstaffing and manufacturing sectors.

Represent the company in policy engagements to secure favorable conditions (e.g. work permits for foreign employees)

Lead regulatory-compliance campaigns and train local teams on product USPs and contract terms (e.g. termination clauses in outstaffing)

Set and monitor important performance metrics (e.g. clients acquisition, revenue per lead, growth targets)

Report on market penetration, potential risks (e.g. currency volatility) and competitor activities

Handle client escalations (e.g. delivery delays) through coordination with legal, logistics, and PR teams.

Represent the company to the public by engaging with stakeholders, including media and community to build trust and visibility.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Business Development (BizDev)

Deep understanding of the Turkish market and well-established network

Proven experience in B2B sales within startup environments, ideally in the outstaffing sector for Hospitality and/or Manufacturing

Demonstrated expertise in market entry strategies, government relations, and building strategic partnerships, with a clear ability to drive growth and foster long-term business relationships

Candidates are encouraged to apply if they reside in Istanbul, Ankara, or Antalya, and are ready for domestic travel
