Scentscircle is Leading Scent Diffuser and Fragrance oil Brand in UAE. We are hiring a Business Development Manager who knows how to sell into hotels, malls, commercial spaces, and hospitality supply chains in the UAE.
We are looking for someone who already understands:
- How hotel procurement works
- How to deal with facility managers, procurement heads, and GM offices
- How long B2B sales cycles really take in UAE
- How to close, not just “follow up”
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close B2B leads in hotels, malls, offices, restaurants, and commercial spaces
- Build relationships with hotel groups, facility managers, procurement teams, and consultants
- Present scenting solutions and close long-term contracts
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demos
- Maintain and grow existing B2B accounts
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets (no excuses)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
