Job Summary
Fursa Contracting Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in Aramco projects, vendor registrations, tendering, and subcontracting opportunities. The ideal candidate will have an established network within Aramco contractors and major industrial companies and will be responsible for identifying, securing, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with Aramco, Aramco contractors, and industrial clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with procurement teams, project managers, and key decision-makers.
- Monitor and identify upcoming tenders, RFQs, RFIs, and project opportunities.
- Manage vendor registration processes and prequalification requirements.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Promote the company’s contracting, manpower supply, maintenance, and construction services.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential projects and provide regular business development reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within the Saudi construction, industrial, or oil & gas sector.
- Proven experience with Aramco projects and major Aramco contractors.
- Strong knowledge of vendor registration, tendering, bidding, and procurement processes.
- Established network with EPC contractors, procurement departments, and project management teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with manpower supply, construction, maintenance, and industrial services.
- Previous employment with Aramco contractors or EPC companies.
- Strong understanding of Saudi market requirements and project procurement cycles.
