We are seeking a dynamic and personable Well-being Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling wellbeing tests at our kiosk and promoting online health plans based on the results of these tests. This role requires a strong interest in the health and fitness industry, along with exceptional communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct sales of wellbeing tests at our kiosk, providing clients with a clear understanding of the benefits and process.
– Analyze test results and recommend appropriate online health plans to clients, ensuring they receive personalized health advice.
– Build rapport with clients to foster a welcoming and supportive environment.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health and wellness trends to effectively communicate with clients.
– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
– Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends to inform product development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Strong interest in the health and fitness industry.
– Exceptional social and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate clients.
– Proficiency English, but Arab and Russian speakers is a plus
– Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
