The Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with practical experience in B2B client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build partnerships and expand the client base, as well as develop and implement growth strategies to increase revenue and enhance market share. Experience in the automotive services sector is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement business development strategies and client acquisition from corporate and governmental sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from client acquisition to contract signing.
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate with clients to finalize agreements.
- Develop relationships with existing clients and enhance opportunities for service expansion.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure contract execution and client satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth based on established performance indicators.
- Prepare regular reports on performance, opportunities, and development plans.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
- Experience in the automotive services sector is preferred, including:
- Vehicle washing services.
- Quick oil change and maintenance services.
- Parts and accessories.
- Management and operation of workshops.
- Related service operations.
- Experience in preparing commercial proposals, negotiations, and contract management.
- Strong network of relationships with companies and governmental entities is a plus.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
