Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, strategic partners, and investors.
- Lead growth and expansion initiatives and explore new markets and revenue streams.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business performance assessments.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support the achievement of organizational goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Saudi Nationality is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant professional certifications is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in business development or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Business Development Manager role.
- Prior experience within the real estate or financial services sectors is required.
- Demonstrated track record of driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
