Qualifications
Proven track record of maintaining portfolio, achieving sales targets and business growth
Ideal candidate should have AED 3 million plus portfolio
Strong analytical and Market Research skills
Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of the insurance sector and regulatory requirements in the UAE
