Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and mature Business Development Manager to join our Abu Dhabi Carpetland Contracts division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in contractual sales, with expertise in flooring and furnishing solutions, specializing in tiles, wood, rubber flooring, wallpapers, and carpets. A proven track record of driving sales and expanding market presence will be highly valued, and candidates with this experience will be preferably called for an interview.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and other stakeholders.
Lead and develop a high-performing team to drive business growth and achieve targeted sales.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the flooring industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in contracts management, preferably in the flooring, fabric or furnishing industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of fabric or office furniture will be an added advantage.
Compensation:
Salary range: AED 10,000 to AED 15,000.
Annual sales target: AED 5 million to AED 10 million.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
