We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for our fit-out and joinery division.
Job Summary
The BDM will be responsible for generating new business, managing a strong client portfolio, and driving deal closures within the fit-out and joinery sector, while consistently meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development initiatives to generate leads and expand market share.
- Develop, manage, and grow a robust portfolio of clients across the UAE.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Own the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client engagement to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and high client retention.
- Collaborate closely with design, projects, and operations teams to align proposals with client requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotations, commercial proposals, and contracts.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, site visits, and industry engagements.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE, preferably in fit-out, interior joinery, or construction/interiors.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage client relationships and close high-value deals.
- Existing client network within the UAE fit-out/interiors market strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client management and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED15,890.27 per month
