Opportunity
Develop and execute business development strategies across Saudi Arabia. Identify and secure project opportunities within residential, hospitality, healthcare, education and commercial sectors. Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, designers, specification teams, developers, contractors, and project stakeholders. Drive product approvals, project specifications, and engage distributors and channel partners. Generate and manage project pipelines, provide market intelligence and competitor analysis, and support exhibitions, customer engagement, and market development initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5–15 years of experience in building materials, doors, construction products, interiors, fit‑out or related sectors.
- Strong network with Saudi developers, consultants, contractors and distributors; existing GCC relationships considered a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in project sales, specification sales, channel development or business development.
- Strong commercial, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Arabic and English language skills preferred.
