Ability to operate a Polishing device ( attached to Lathe ) to achieve surface finishes ( training Given )
Machining as per engineering drawings, materials, and specifications
Selecting the cutting tools for machine
Able to work to microns Checking the quality of all parts manufactured to ensure they are within tolerance whilse working to tight tolerances
Mounting and dismounting workpieces on/from lathe
Checking finished pieces to ensure compliance with technical drawings
Able to read micrometers imperial + metric.
Setting and operating machines tools efficiently
Machining a variety of components in different batch quantities within required standards
Checking the quality of all parts manufactured to ensure they are within tolerance.
Able to use and set up 4jaws and faceplates.
Adhere HSE rules and Regulations as per JAFZA requirements
