The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing growth opportunities in various sectors. This role involves market analysis, strategic planning, and managing the full lifecycle of business opportunities, including proposal submission and contract negotiations. The individual will also oversee the business development and project management team while personally leading select initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Sector Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in relevant industries.

Opportunity Identification & Development: Develop new business opportunities by engaging with sector regulators, industry leaders, and government entities.

Etimad Platform Management: Identify and track tenders, evaluate financial proposals (under their direct management), and collaborate with the advisory team on technical proposals.

Proposal Development & Submission: Lead the preparation of business proposals, ensuring compliance with sector regulations and requirements.

Revenue Growth & Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to track business growth, proposal success rates, and revenue contributions from secured contracts.

Team Leadership & Strategic Oversight: Manage the business development and project management teams, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in business development and project management.

Strong understanding of government procurement processes, especially in the Middle East.

Expertise in financial analysis, pricing models, and contract negotiations.

Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive growth.

Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.

Leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing teams.

Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
