We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our client’s growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the wealth management sector. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s success in promoting and distributing financial products to a sophisticated and professional clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Drive client acquisition and business growth globally

Leverage existing relationships and networks to onboard new clients, with a focus on Financial å Firms and Asset Managers.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives to promote and distribute the company’s financial products.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Represent the company at industry events, and conferences

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tailored financial solutions meet client needs.

Track and report on performance metrics, ensuring OTE targets are met or exceeded.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 1 years experience in sales & a B2B role within the financial services sector.

Previous experience working in a wealth management company, with a proven ability to procure and manage clients.

Demonstrated expertise in promoting and distributing financial products to advisory firms, asset managers and private family offices.

Understanding of institutional Investments

Willingness to travel extensively as required.

Competitive salary package (30,000+ AED monthly + strong OTE), dependent on experience.
