The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding BEYOND’s broker network, developing and maintaining strong relationships with brokerage partners, and identifying new business opportunities to support lead generation and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Broker Network Development
- Lead the onboarding process for new brokerage firms, ensuring smooth integration into BEYOND’s sales ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing brokerage partners to enhance collaboration and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular meetings and outreach activities to keep brokerage partners informed about company updates, projects, and product launches.
Partnership & Channel Development
- Identify and develop new tools, platforms, and partnership opportunities across different industries to generate qualified leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Explore strategic alliances with corporations, relocation companies, investment groups, and lifestyle partners to increase property exposure and brand presence.
Broker Performance Management
- Evaluate brokerage performance and strategically assign brokerages to Sales Managers based on market coverage, specialization, and business potential.
- Monitor broker activity and provide regular performance insights and reports to support leadership decision-making and forecasting.
Market Representation & Events
- Represent BEYOND at industry events, roadshows, and networking opportunities, ensuring a strong and professional brand presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support event planning, logistics, and follow-up activities to maximize engagement and outcomes.
Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive activity, and brokerage dynamics to support strategic planning and maintain BEYOND’s competitive positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure brokerages have the necessary tools, materials, and knowledge to effectively promote BEYOND’s portfolio.
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal teams regarding brokerage agreements, commission structures, and compliance matters.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
