Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to align product development and marketing strategies with client feedback and market trends.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and new areas for expansion.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms while building trust and rapport.

Set and tracksales targetsand KPIs, reporting on progress and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.

Organize and attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance the company’s visibility and establish connections.

Develop and manage budgets for business development initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage relationships, and streamlinecommunicationwith clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within a relevant industry.

Certifications in sales or marketing methodologies (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) are highly desirable.

Experience in the technology or finance sector is preferred, showcasingadaptabilitytodiverseenvironments.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.

Stronganalytical skillsto assess market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Proven experience in contract negotiation andclosing deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
