We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager
Dubai, UAE
Harooni is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our presence in the UAE market.
If you have a background in architecture, interior design, real estate, or B2B sales, enjoy networking, and have experience generating business within the design, fit-out, construction, or real estate industry, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business opportunities for interior design and fit-out projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, developers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Leverage existing real estate and agent networks to generate qualified B2B leads and business opportunities.
- Identify upcoming projects and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Represent Harooni at networking events and industry exhibitions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Work closely with the design and project teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targt
What we are Looking for:
– Background in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or a related field.
– Experience in business development, B2B sales, or client relationship management within the UAE.
– Strong network of real estate brokers, agents, developers, consultants, or corporate clients is highly preferred.
– Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
– Excellent networking abilities and a proactive mindset.
– Valid UAE Driving License.
– Fluency in English is required.
– Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or other languages are a strong advantage.
