Job Summary
Responsible for generating new business opportunities, securing contracts, and expanding the client base for facility services such as maintenance, cleaning, and building management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new clients such as property developers, offices, malls, hospitals, and hotels.
- Promote facility management services like – cleaning services, MEP maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), building management and Pest Control.
- Prepare service proposals, tenders, and quotations.
- Meet clients, conduct site visits, and understand facility requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close new deals.
- Maintain relationships with property managers and building owners.
- Work with operations teams to ensure service delivery after contract award.
- Track leads and sales pipeline using CRM systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must possess Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in Facilities Management Services and MEP / HVAC
- Strong negotiation and communication
- B2B sales experience
- Networking and relationship building
- Must have UAE driving license

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
