About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow Young Engineers through annual B2B partnerships. You will own the full sales cycle – from identifying and approaching schools, malls, and other commercial entities, to pitching, negotiating, and closing annual contracts. You will position Young Engineers as an in-school STEM curriculum or after-school enrichment program for schools, and as a family attraction that drives footfall for malls and commercial venues.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of schools, nurseries, malls, and family entertainment venues across the UAE
- Conduct field visits, deliver presentations and demos to school principals, academic directors, and mall management
- Negotiate and close annual partnership contracts
- Work with our operations team to ensure smooth program launches at partner sites
- Maintain long-term relationships and renew contracts year over year
- Report pipeline and sales progress to management
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales track record – you have closed contracts, not just generated leads
- Experience selling to schools or education entities in the UAE (required)
- Fluent Arabic and English (required)
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (required)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-starter comfortable working in the field and owning a target
