Business Development Manager to lead our La Capitale holiday home division in the UAE.As a Business Development Manager at La Capitale, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio of holiday homes by identifying, acquiring, and managing relationships with property owners. Your primary focus will be to grow the number of properties available for short-term rental.
We are seeking a Business Development Manager who will initially work on a commission basis. Once you achieve a specific tier of sales, you will transition to a
competitive salary
plus
commission structure

Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expanding the holiday homes portfolio and inventory in Dubai.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, landlords, developers, real estate agents, and other relevant parties.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with property owners and stakeholders to secure new properties for the company’s portfolio.
Collaborate with departments such as marketing and operations to ensure business development initiatives align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
