About the Role
STONEHAVEN is a construction consultancy and project management firm delivering services to clients across the Middle East. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to be based full-time in Dubai, driving new business and strengthening relationships across the region’s construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who understands the construction consultancy landscape, has an established network across the UAE and wider GCC, and can convert relationships into long-term project pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across construction consultancy and project management services in the UAE and broader Middle East
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, government entities, and other key industry stakeholders
• Develop and execute a regional business development strategy aligned with Stonehaven’s growth objectives
• Lead the end-to-end bid process, including identifying tenders, preparing proposals, and coordinating with technical teams on pricing and scope
• Represent Stonehaven at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to raise market visibility and generate leads
• Track market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activity to identify opportunities ahead of the market
• Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospects, proposals, and won/lost opportunities, reporting regularly to senior leadership
• Collaborate closely with project management and technical teams to ensure proposals reflect deliverable, realistic scopes
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts in line with company policy and risk appetite
