About the Role

One of the top names in the distribution of technology solutions & services is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the adoption and growth of advanced semiconductor, AI, cloud, enterprise computing, and data center technologies across the Middle East and Africa.

You'll be based in Dubai, this role will focus on engaging enterprise customers, developers, ISVs, system integrators, academic institutions, and channel partners to expand the regional technology ecosystem.

The successful candidate will promote solutions including Intel Xeon, Intel Gaudi, OpenVINO, and accelerator ecosystems, while delivering technical demonstrations, workshops, executive briefings, and partner enablement initiatives.

This is a commercially focused yet technically hands-on role, suited to someone who can translate complex technology into clear business value, support go-to-market execution, and create high-impact Proof of Value materials that help customers and partners adopt enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption and growth of Intel technologies across the MEA region by engaging enterprise customers, developers, ISVs, system integrators, academic institutions, and channel partners.
  • Promote Intel Xeon, Intel Gaudi, OpenVINO, accelerator ecosystems, enterprise computing, cloud computing, data center, and AI solutions through targeted outreach and enablement.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, executive briefings, and presentations at regional events, technology forums, and partner engagements.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align on go-to-market strategies, field activation plans, and regional business development initiatives.
  • Create Proof of Value artefacts including KPI scorecards, ROI reports, architecture diagrams, case studies, solution playbooks, demo kits, and partner enablement frameworks.
  • Support channel partners in designing Intel-optimized solutions, developing industry-specific offerings, building certifications, and driving co-selling motions.
  • Build customer references and success stories that demonstrate real-world adoption of enterprise computing, cloud, data center, and AI technologies.

What They're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, channel ecosystem management, or partner enablement within the technology, cloud, data center, AI, or semiconductor sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with Intel technologies such as Intel Xeon, Intel Gaudi, OpenVINO, and accelerator ecosystems.
  • A solid understanding of enterprise computing, cloud computing, data center infrastructure, AI solutions, ISVs, system integrators, and partner-led technology ecosystems.
  • Experience producing technical content, delivering workshops, running demonstrations, and presenting complex technology to both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to align technical solutions with customer objectives and measurable business value.
  • Experience creating Proof of Value materials such as KPI scorecards, ROI reports, architecture diagrams, solution playbooks, and case studies.
