Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE construction market & build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, meetings, proposals, and closures also participate in tendering processes and prepare competitive proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the construction industry (mandatory)
Strong understanding of UAE construction market, tendering processes, and key stakeholders
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
