The Role:
This is a senior, commercially focused position responsible for driving business development and market growth across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and technical teams to identify new opportunities, develop client relationships and support the successful conversion of major projects.
A key part of the role will be leveraging an established network of government and semi-government entities, developers, asset owners, consultants and other key industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, developers, government entities and industry stakeholders.
-Monitor market activity and identify upcoming projects and growth opportunities.
-Develop and implement business development and market growth strategies.
-Lead client meetings, presentations and relationship-building activities.
-Support major bids and pursuits from early positioning through to appointment.
-Work closely with leadership and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and pursuit strategies.
-Identify potential partnerships and new routes to market.
-Represent the company professionally within the UAE marketplace.
