Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Riyadh. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, presenting tailored training solutions, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. The role requires proactive engagement with key stakeholders and a commitment to driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute business development strategies in the field of training to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and client segments
- Develop, manage, and expand relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients
- Prepare, write, and submit tenders, RFQs, and business proposals
- Leverage an existing strong portfolio of clients and professional network to generate new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to design competitive training solutions aligned with client needs
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in KSA
- Represent ASAS Training Centre in meetings, negotiations, and industry engagements
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, within training or education sectors
- Proven experience in business development and training projects within Saudi Arabia
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow a strong portfolio of clients
- Strong hands‑on experience in market research, writing tenders, and proposals
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
