We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable lawyer with a deep understanding of UAE property laws. This role involves managing real estate disputes, navigating through the UAE court system, working with police stations, and handling client complaints related to properties. The ideal candidate should be familiar with both civil and criminal laws as they apply to property transactions, disputes, and police complaints in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Consultation and Advisory:

Provide expert legal advice to clients on property-related issues, including buying, selling, leasing, and property disputes.
Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations under UAE property laws.
Assist clients with property ownership, tenancy agreements, and other real estate-related matters.
Handling Property Disputes:
Represent clients in court for property-related disputes such as unpaid rent, eviction, breach of contracts, ownership issues, and more.
Assist in resolving conflicts through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation and arbitration.

Court Representation:

Prepare and file cases for property disputes in the UAE courts.
Represent clients in hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
Draft legal documents such as complaints, claims, and appeals related to property issues.
Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Procedure Code and relevant local laws governing property matters.

Police Complaints and Legal Procedures:

Assist clients in filing complaints at police stations in cases of property-related crimes such as fraud, unauthorized possession, or illegal occupancy.
Work closely with law enforcement to ensure swift and accurate handling of criminal complaints related to real estate disputes.

Legal Research and Updates:

Stay updated on changes in UAE property laws and regulations.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies, ensuring the legal basis for all actions taken.
Interpret and apply UAE Federal Laws and local Emirate regulations regarding real estate.

Client Relationship Management:

Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of the status of their cases and developments.
Handle all client complaints and concerns regarding their property cases with professionalism and care.
Maintain confidentiality and provide ethical legal advice, ensuring clients’ best interests are met.

Contract Review and Drafting:

Review and draft property-related agreements such as sale agreements, tenancy contracts, rental agreements, and leases.
Ensure all contracts comply with UAE property laws and protect the clients’ rights.

Collaboration with Real Estate Professionals:

Work closely with real estate agents, brokers, and developers to ensure compliance with legal regulations in property transactions.
Liaise with government authorities, such as the Dubai Land Department or Abu Dhabi Municipality, to ensure proper property registration and documentation.

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

A law degree from an accredited institution.
Admission to the UAE Bar or the ability to practice law in the UAE is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE property law or real estate law.
Proven experience handling property disputes, court cases, police complaints, and tenancy-related issues.

Skills:

Excellent knowledge of UAE property laws, including the UAE Civil Code, Federal Laws, and local regulations related to real estate.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to draft legal documents accurately and clearly.
Proficiency in dealing with government authorities and law enforcement.

Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
Ethical, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
