Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets. This includes are existing product categories and identifying new product categories for both domestic and international markets.
Identify brands/categories both locally and internationally who are not present in KSA & UAE and get us to be their distributors in the countries we operate.
Identify products/categories which have high potential and work with suppliers to have Yaumi Private label done to build the market.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition and potential growth areas.
Develop strategic partnerships with distributors & wholesalers both in domestic and international markets.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize business growth & profitability.
Collaborate with Marketing teams to create targeted campaigns for market expansion.
Export Management:
Develop and implement market strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets.
Drive Sales sales performance and revenue growth trough new market penetrations.
Achieve Export sales targets and profitability.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Appoint suitable distributors to distribute our range in international markets. In markets where we see potential to go with our own RTM, then advise to do so.
Identify international markets with high potential and work on road map to have ARF presence in those markets either trough distributors or wholesalers or own RTM.
Identify potential trade exhibitions, networking events and B2B platforms to promote export business.
Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize pricing, demand forecasting and product positioning .
Manage Export documentation, customs clearance and compliance with local and international trade regulations.
Coordinate logistics, shipping and supply chain operations for efficient delivery.
Ensure adherence to international food safety standard and certifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International trade or related field or preferably an MBA.
5-8 years of experience in within the FMCG industry in business development & export management, GCC experience preferred.
Proven Track record of handling international markets.
Experience working in diversified food categories, deep understanding of market dynamics and export procedures.
