Job Description
Verdant Landscapes is a British owned premium landscaping company are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing construction projects, managing site operations, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
– Oversee all aspects of landscaping projects from planning to completion.
– Coordinate and manage staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
– Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets.
– Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
– Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
– Resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
– Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and management
Requirements
– Proven experience as a Project Manager/Site Engineer in the Landscaping industry here in Dubai (Minimum 5 years).
– Experience working with swimming pool construction essential.
– Must have relevant qualifications.
– The ability to understand and work with technical drawings.
– Overseeing high end landscaping projects including swimming pool installation.
– Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
– Must have UAE drivers licence.
