Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Business Development Executive to identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities for Gulfwest. This is a strategic role for someone who can think big, act fast, and build lasting commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target channels, including HoReCa, modern trade, catering, wholesale, and healthcare
- Research and evaluate potential new clients, market segments, and untapped geographies
- Develop and present tailored proposals and partnership pitches to prospective clients
- Build a strong pipeline and manage it from first contact through to deal closure
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align business development efforts with brand and trade activities
- Represent Gulfwest at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities to inform growth strategy
- Report progress, pipeline status, and market insights regularly to senior management
Requirements
- Saudi National (Male or Female)
- Valid Saudi driving license
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within the food, FMCG, or hospitality sector preferred
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred
- Fresh graduates with outstanding academic records and demonstrable commercial drive will be considered
