Business Development Executive – Recruitment & Workforce Supply Experienced
Elite Envoy is seeking a Business Development Executive to establish and grow our recruitment operations in Saudi Arabia. The role involves identifying labor demand in KSA, building strong employer relationships, and facilitating the supply of workers from Kenya, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Demand Analysis:Identify and analyze workforce demand across various industries in Saudi Arabia.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:Build and maintain relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, and key stakeholders.
Recruitment & Workforce Supply:Coordinate the hiring and deployment of candidates from Kenya, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
Sales & Business Development:Develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and achieve business growth targets.
Requirements:
Experience:3+ years in recruitment or HR solutions in the KSA labor market.
Industry Knowledge:Strong understanding of workforce supply from the mentioned countries and demand trends in Saudi Arabia.
Networking Skills:Ability to connect with clients, recruitment agencies, and industry leaders.
Language Skills:Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic languages is a plus.
Education:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or a related field.
