Business Development Executive / Officer – EMEA
Plaza Premium Group is looking for a Business Development Executive / Officer – EMEA to support the regional Business Development team with tender preparation, documentation, research, and coordination across multiple markets.
This role will assist BD Managers in preparing tender submissions, organising documentation, supporting presentations, and maintaining structured coordination across internal teams. It is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain exposure to aviation, airport hospitality, and international business development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Tender & Documentation Support
- Assist in preparing tender submissions including company profiles, service descriptions, compliance forms, and annexes.
- Ensure documentation is organised, complete, and properly formatted.
Presentation & Reporting
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, charts, and visuals for internal and external meetings.
- Support BD reporting and documentation.
Coordination
- Coordinate with BD managers and internal teams to collect required documents.
- Maintain trackers, calendars, and document logs.
Research
- Conduct research on airports, competitors, industry trends, and potential opportunities.
- Prepare structured summaries to support BD strategy.
Design & Formatting
- Improve presentation quality with clear layouts, visuals, and infographic-style formatting.
Requirements
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in business development support, research, project coordination, or administrative roles.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
Skills
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (charts, formatting, data organisation).
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Other
- Strong communication skills.
